Milo`s Hamburgers in Homewood

F=Great service, but the additions to my chicken sandwich were not on it when I got home to eat it.

I used to love Milo's but the food has gotten so expensive and the service is really slow. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes yesterday to pay $25 for two combos with cold fries ☹

Well, fries looked different than online. Burgers were small. Service was good. The chicken was actually on point. Really surprised that the chicken was good. But the fries are less than to be desired. Clean eating area. Just expected more.

Live your best life and get a Mega meal with Sweet tea and a peach pie. Been going to Milo’s Hamburgers since I was little. Unique burger, with an equally as unique sauce. An Alabama staple. Atmosphere: Burger joint, except here you get as much sauce as you want and as much famous sweet tea as possible. Service: Never had a bad experience, even when they were slammed my order was always right. Food: You have to get the original burger as it comes. I still cannot describe the sauce, but it enhances the burger flavor. The fries are my favorite anywhere—crinkle-cut fries with a dusting of salty cheese powder. The sweet tea is legendary, so much so that I found it in IOWA.

It was DEEEEEEELICIOUS Not enough pickles tho and tha lemonade suuuucks.... overall it was ok👌🏽

I grew up near Birmingham and loved Milo's burgers! We moved in 2000 but I almost always stop by when I'm back in town! Still delicious as ever!

Super fast for it to be lunch hour, friendly and good value for the price.

The food is always, hot and delicious. The staff are always friendly, and welcoming. Plus the facility is always super clean, including the bathrooms.

Pretty good tasting restaurant. Not as cheap as McDonald's, but food is good. Service was relatively quick and staff is friendly.

The food is normally good and well cooked. Of late they have been filling my cup with ice then adding a small amount of tea or soda. I questioned this and asked for more liquids. I told them I can take 3 sips and am left with a cup of 🍦 of which I don't appreciate. It seems to me that I am picky and I am, as I eat out everyday and want to enjoy my meals. They told me they couldn't take cups back into the window, but the next time they did it again and they took that cup back. Now I order a soda or tea without ice and purchase a separate cup of ice.

Bought French fries and a drink. Fries and drink were excellent! Staff was nice.

I had already had some of their breakfast items. Yesterday I tried their lunch, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the chicken tender snack. It was fresh, tender and juicy. It was a large portion size. The tenders weren't overbreaded or fried too hard. I think I actually like their tenders better than chick-fil-a! They asked me what sauce I wanted when I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised to open my bag and see 2 sauce cups. I most certainly will be back!

Fast to get my food ordered and nice employees, but fries could have use a bit more salt.

This place on Lakeshore only is always good and fast. Rivals Chick -Fil-A for sure. Best kept secret lunch spot for sure.

The bun was firm but not dry. It didn't fall apart! The hamburger was fine! The service was great and cheerful. The place was clean. The tea was awesome, being milos I'd expect that. The fries were yummy. The sauces unique. I'd go again.

The morning crew is awesome. The last that generally is taking drive through orders is the best. Super sweet and caring.

Regular Alabama fare, red-brown sauce on relatively soft burgers with pickles. Fries large and little soft. Quick service, clean.

Kudos to the hardworking crew especially the lunch time crew! The crew deserve a raise.($$$$ )...The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. It consisted of smothered onions,pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes...Next time I am in Birmingham, I will visit this location again.

Even though they're always busy for lunch, they always seem to get my order to me quickly AND correct. A rarity it seems in most fast food places in today's world. AND they do it with a smile!

I love this one so much I drive from Hueytown or from work downtown Birmingham to get food plus there manager is understanding and corrects issues fast

The sauce is so good, and ALWAYS get grilled onions in your burger!

Ok so my wife loves their sweet tea which is sold in Wal-Mart's....i didn't realize it was a burger chain...while working in Birmingham Alabama I noticed the sign and thought it seemed familiar. Burgers are awesome and you know I got a large sweet tea

Absolutely amazing, I got the mega meal, which was cheaper than a usual meal. But you receive alot more food than expected and you a fried pie.

Breakfast is amazing and of course their lunch is as well. I know their known for their hamburgers but I recently tried their fried chicken sandwich. Slap your mama it's good!!!!

Nice young lady at register. Loved the grilled spicy chicken sandwich. Lil warmth.. Not crazy hot. Choice between reg/wheat bun. Pleasant surprise. Hot yummy fries. Clean restaurant.

Was raised on these burgers so I love them! Can’t beat the sweet tea and good ice!

Staff were friendly, the food was surprisingly good and at a good price. This was our first time at a Milo’s, we don’t have these in Ga that I know of. I would most definitely come back to this place if I’m in the area.

How could you not love milos!? My fave is the cheeseburger(dont add or take anything away) and a side of double-o sauce for my fries...I think I just decided what I'm having for lunch today
